Yes. Hisab Digital has a Free plan for solo traders (1 user, 1 warehouse, 100 products), and paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.

Can I use Hisab Digital in Bangla?

Yes. The interface is available in English and বাংলা, and you can switch language at any time. Your choice is remembered on your next visit.

Does it support batches, expiry dates and multiple warehouses?

Yes. Stock is tracked per warehouse with batch and expiry support (useful for pharma and food), moving-average costing, and low-stock alerts before you run out.

What is the difference between a customer, a supplier and a party?

Hisab Digital uses one unified Party record with role flags. The same business can be both a customer and a supplier and carries a single running ledger, with filtered views for Customers, Suppliers and All Parties.

Which reports can I generate?

Sales register, stock valuation, party aging, profit & loss and balance sheet, plus a live dashboard for cash position, sales and payables. Reports can be exported for your accountant.

Is my business data separate from other customers' data?

Yes. Every account is a separate tenant, and all data is scoped to it. Queries are tenant-scoped at the database client, so one business can never read another's records. Posted documents are cancelled, not erased, and changes are kept in an audit trail.

Can I import my existing products and parties?

Yes. CSV import is supported for products, parties and opening stock, and TECFIQ can help you set it up during onboarding.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Accounting Terms

The vocabulary, in plain language

Hisab Digital uses a small, consistent set of terms. Here is what each one means in the product.

Party: A customer, supplier or both, held as one record with one running ledger.
Invoice: The bill you issue to a customer. Confirming it reduces stock and increases what the customer owes.
Bill: The bill a supplier issues to you. Recording it increases what you owe.
Receipt: Money received from a customer, applied against their open invoices.
Payment: Money paid to a supplier, applied against their open bills.
Goods Receipt Note (GRN): Proof that goods arrived. It brings stock in before the supplier bill is matched.
Credit note: A sales return. It reverses part or all of an invoice and restores stock.
Moving-average cost: Stock is valued at a running average of purchase cost, updated at each receipt.
