TECFIQ Limited ("TECFIQ", "we", "us", or "our") is a software company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build and operate SaaS products and custom software systems for businesses. This policy applies to our website at tecfiq.com and any software products we provide.

We collect only the data necessary to operate our services:

**Contact and enquiry data:** When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

**Usage analytics:** With your browser's cooperation, we may collect anonymised analytics about how pages are used (page views, session duration, referral source) via Google Analytics 4. This data does not personally identify you.

**Cookies:** We use functional cookies required for site operation and, if analytics is enabled, analytics cookies via Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

**Product usage data:** If you use a TECFIQ SaaS product under a separate agreement, the data handling terms for that product are governed by that agreement.

We use the data we collect to:

- Respond to enquiries and support requests you submit via our contact form - Understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it (analytics) - Fulfil any contractual obligations for clients using our software products

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not use your contact data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate our website:

**Google Analytics 4 (GA4):** We use GA4 to collect anonymised website usage statistics. Google acts as a data processor under Google's own privacy terms. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by disabling cookies.

**Vercel:** Our website is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Vercel may process server-side request data (IP addresses, request logs) as part of hosting. This is governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

**Email:** Contact form submissions may be delivered via a third-party email service. We do not store form submissions beyond what is necessary to respond.

We retain contact enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to your request or maintain an ongoing business relationship. Analytics data is retained per the default Google Analytics retention settings (up to 14 months for user-level data).

If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days of your request.

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
