About the role
Our AI-Ready Automation service helps organizations prepare their data, documents, workflows and internal tools for AI search, assistants and process automation. As AI Automation Specialist you will map real workflows, build the automations that remove manual work, and make sure they keep running accurately once they are live.
What you'll do
- Map client workflows — approvals, data entry, reporting, document handling — and identify where AI and automation will pay off
- Build automations that connect LLMs, OCR, APIs, spreadsheets, email and business systems
- Design prompts, guardrails and human-in-the-loop review steps so automated output is accurate and auditable
- Integrate with TECFIQ products and customers' existing systems through REST APIs, webhooks and databases
- Test, monitor and maintain automations, and handle failures and edge cases gracefully
- Document workflows and train client teams to use them
- Measure time saved and error reduction, and report the results
What we're looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience building automations with workflow tools (for example n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate) and/or scripting in Python or JavaScript
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt design and structured outputs
- Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and basic SQL
- Ability to turn business processes into clear workflows and requirements
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders in English and Bangla
Nice to have
- Experience with OCR, document processing or RAG
- Background in finance, HR or logistics processes
- ERP integration experience
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment
